He served as International Creative Director at Ralph Lauren, Executive Vice President of Global Creative Services at GAP Inc., and was the concept creator of Williams Sonoma Home. His collaborations also extend to Calvin Klein, Bloomingdale’s, and Macy’s, where he helped shape the design vision of some of the world’s most iconic names.
Alongside his residential and brand work, Stephen has designed Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hospitality destinations, collaborating with renowned partners such as Waldorf Astoria and W Hotels. His portfolio spans from intimate residences to landmark hospitality projects, each reflecting elegance, comfort, and storytelling.

Having worked as the international creative director for Ralph Lauren, EVP Global Creative services GAP inc, Concept creator and visionary of William Sonoma Home, Brady continues to pursue his passion for design as the lead designer for Bacchus Management group which includes Michelin/starred restaurants including Spruce, the Village Pub, Selby’s, The Village Bakery, Pizza Antica, La Conessa and a roster of residential clientele.
Throughout the design process, Brady works collaboratively with his clients to visualize the need of each project with the foresight and vision that ultimately creates a memorable space, large or small, commercial or residential.
